Apollo and Hyacinth (1998)

A one-act ballet that is a once tender, tragic and subtly erotic, Apollo & Hyacinth recounts the mythic tale of the god Apollo’s love for the mortal prince of Sparta, Hyacinth. The love story unfolds through classically inflected movement and nontraditional partnering to reveal the singular personalities of the characters and their passions. Net proceeds from this performance benefited Cascade AIDS Project.
