Obstacle Allusions (2011)

An understated suite of romantic duets and group interactions made tricky by a series of low hanging lights. Obstacle Allusions is a fluid and captivating exploration of human relationships as friends, intimates, and communities. The stage is populated by bare light bulbs that create and define space, producing the namesake obstacles for the dancers to move within.
